dont buy a lot of it. or just force yourself to not eat it. think about what will happen after you eat it.
only buy a little not a lot to keep in the house
You haven’t tasted enough real food that tastes good. Something well-cooked
Try going to a nice restaurant.
uhm well if you dont want to ugghhh, whats the word
????
Become OBESE. then i would say get it under control and go run or do something.
especially if your throwing it up. yuck!!
get it under control soon , or its going to be a bigger promblem.
Go to JA (junkfood anonymous) meetings lol
chew gum all the time so u won’t have an urge to eat becasue something will be in your mouth
go to a doctor or make your own healthy junk food.
find something else to do
There’s one simple solution:
Don’t let your parents buy junk food.
Exercise and snacks like celery and all natural peanutbutter, or atleast a 100 calorie pack instead of half a bag of cheetos.
Drink water to keep you full longer and to flush out bad toxins.
SouthBeach granola bars are yummy and keep you full longer.
Stay active so you don’t eat just because you are bored.
At the end of the week, reward yourself by going out for ice cream or water ice.
Keep a small journal. Everyday, write down what you ate, and how you feel afterwards. Are you still hungry, tired, energetic, bloated, moderately full? Then you’ll start to realize that carrots or apples or raspberries or watermelon makes you feel good. And soda makes your stomach upset.
You should buy some fruits and make that your addiction so that why you don’t eat too much junk food.
Allow yourself one treat a day….Either Candy, Chips or Slurpee.
They only way you can cure this is will-power and self-control.
Go to places were there is less junk food. Put your money in a place were you can’t reach it – to buy junk food. Eat junk food once or twice a day. Slow down your habit.
You can slurp all you like between my bumcheeks, and you won’t get fat.
I bet you taste kinda good too.
Stay away from Ronald McDonald.
Two things:
First, your body craves what it’s used to. Start off by working one healthy item into your diet…say just adding an apple or two each day.
You’ll find you’re craving the apple right along with the Twinkies. Gradually you can substitute more junk food with healthy food.
Next, when you’re on a mostly junk food diet, you don’t realize how much it’s dragging down your energy level, your attitude, etc. Even after just 2-3 days of eating healthy, you’ll notice a major improvement in your outlook and your performance. That can be a powerful motivator to stay on a healthier diet.
Be strict with yourself,
What you plan, do it consistently for 2-3 weeks
Substitute with a healthy food
having the addiction means that you cant control it…its not easy going but i have a few things that i do to stop me..you do not have to take my advice as some people see it is being strange but i put photos of me looking great next to photos of me looking really bloated next to each other on my kitchen cupboards and fridge, i always have cut outs of beautiful thin woman up on my walls as “thinspiration”
i also bought an exercise bike to do a little exercises to combat the junk food,or maybe join an exercise class you will look good and feel so much better which may help in comfort easting but mainly you have to look at why you are addicted, its not because of the taste or whatever it is most likely comfort eating so maybe you should address the issues that cause this.. if you live at home ask your family to help you out by not bringing to much junk food into the house, try and substitute it for something less fatty but still enjoyable such ay yogurts and cashew nuts which are sweet..all you can do it try a little at a time, but dieting is just as difficult as giving up smoking so its not an easy road
hope this helps

First you need to make yourself understand what you will get out of curing your addiction. You’ll live longer, your self esteem will soar, and people will look at you without being disgusted (sorry, I’m just being truthful.)
Once you get that through to yourself you can go to the next step. Instead of buying junk food, buy healthy food that you think tastes good. Don’t avoid junk food ENTIRELY. Sneak a scoop of ice cream every once in a while or something. Get used to ignoring your temptation.
DO NOT SKIP MEALS. If you skip one meal, then you’ll be starving and you will turn into a little piggy. Starving yourself never works. You need to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try avoiding snacks in between meals. For example, if you feel like having a snack but all you have is chips, just wait until your next meal to eat. But if the snack is healthy like celery or yogurt, GO FOR IT!
Just don’t push yourself too hard or else you’ll snap and unleash your inner-piggy. And never forget that it’s not impossible. Do you know what happened years after people said it was impossible to walk the moon? I think you know the answer…
dont buy it
All behavior has a purpose, even when it’s seemingly dysfunctional. Surely you don’t eat until you puke, do you?
What is it that junk food doing for you? Giving your body a sugar high? You don’t see colors and patterns when on a sugar high, you know. Are you depressed? Depressed people crave carbohydrates, which most all junk food is. Something about hearing and experiencing food “crunch” in the mouth apparently is very meaningful for depressed people unconsciously.
The most probable cause is that you have been “trained” to love junk food since you were a little kid watching TV. You have been conditioned to give your money up for their nearly infinite and irresistable products. Break the bondage.
Learn about food and healthy choices, or you won’t be sk8tin’ much longer. Right now your metabolism probably makes quick work of those extra calories which are quickly converted to sugar. God have mercy when your metabolism slows down.
I stopped drinking all carbonated beverages and only drink unsweetened iced tea (it’s addictive with plenty of good ice). That tiny change of behavior has actually increased the amount of small change in my pocket and made me drop a few pounds.
Amaranth cereal or instant Grits will give you amazing energy when you use them for a snack and not anything touched by grease. Have an occasional weekly treat, but that’s all.
The purer the food you put in your body, the purer the reflection of who you are. It shows in your skin, the clearness of your eyes, your hair, and your sense of well-being. Carb freaks are ALWAYS craving their carbs. They have a lot in common with drug addicts.
Self-discipline dude.
Don’t buy Junkfood and try to think of the harmful
effect it causes to your body, its so easy as that…
