Replace it with something else and ween yourself off of it. Or make it unavailable. Don’t buy it. Don’t go near it at the store. And if it doesn’t work, get dark chocolate because it’s the best for you. I recommend the Endangered Species Bar–it’s vegan (lower fat than milk chocolate), less sugar, and organic, plus it donates to help prevent extinction. Plus it’s expensive so you won’t buy as much of it. They come in varying sizes, and they are sold at Giant Eagle and Shop-n-Save.

I have a friend that takes the following pills on a daily basis. 4ea 80 mgs of oxycontin, 1ea 350 mg carisoprodol (generic soma), 1 ea 60 mgs of cymbalta, 1 ea 50 mgs trazadone. This person has been to rehab on 2 sep occassions for being addicted to lortabs/hydrocodone. Please let me know how dangerous or serious this persons addiction really is.

First of all, why do you know all of that??
Second, mixing ANY amount of ANY drugs is dangerous, without consent from a doctor.
And third, if they are your friend, you’d get her professional help. NOW.
